Shipping policy
All pieces are shipped within 5-7 business days. Tracking information will be delivered upon shipment. Items that are labeled as "Pre Order" will be shipped with 4-6 weeks.
Items that have an incorrect shipping address must be corrected before shipment, if the item is not corrected before shipment, KuuPottery is not responsible for the item and it will not be refunded.
International orders are fulfilled through USPS at discounted rates. See rates at checkout.
International Shipping
KuuPottery can ship internationally to Canada and Australia through USPS only. At checkout you will be charged shipping and handling and Kuu will absorb part of this cost. It is the buyers responsibility to remit any VAT or GST duties and taxes owed upon collection of this shipment to their home country if they so arise.
Refund Policy
All ceramic sales are final.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
- Wrong Item was Delivered - an exchange for the correct item will be initiated.
To start a return, you can contact kindhuman@kuupottery.com.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
- Item arrived broken - a new piece will be shipped to you.
You must contact kindhuman@kuupottery.com within 24 hours of package arrival to claim the piece as damaged due to shipping mishandling. Please attach photos of broken pieces and box. KuuPottery will not replace items damaged from buyers own negligence.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
By buying handmade pottery, it is assumed that the buyer is aware, that each piece vary slightly in shape, size and cannot be returned due to "lacking the sameness".
Exceptions to slight variation:
- The piece is 1.5 inches smaller or larger than stated in product description.
- The piece is missing patches of glaze on the exterior or interior.
- The piece is dented or has bulging areas.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
